Doctor says my numbers are fine but I feel terrible — what now

Annual physical came back all green. Every number in range. But I'm tired all the time, brain-foggy, gained 15 lbs in a year without changing anything obvious, and my joints hurt in a way they didn't two years ago. I'm 41.
