I overheard enough of a hallway conversation last week to be fairly certain my role is being eliminated in the next restructuring round. Formal notice is probably 2-3 weeks out.
Do I quietly start interviewing now while I still have 'employed' on my LinkedIn? Do I confront my manager and try to neg [Hidden]
