Moving across the country for my spouse's job — how do I not lose myself

My spouse got a once-in-a-career offer in a city 2,400 miles from our current home and all my people. I fully support the move — it's the right call for our family. But I'm watching my own life get folded up into boxes and I don't know how I come out the other side as still-me.
